Sri Maa Siddheshwari Foundation ("we", "our", or "us"), under the divine guidance of Siddha Yogi Swamy Viswananda, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of devotees, disciples, and visitors ("you" or "user") who use our mobile application (Maa Sadhaka / Sri Maa Siddheshwari) and our official website (www.srimaasiddheshwari.org).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information when you access our services, participate in spiritual sadhana (japa counting), register for temple sevas, or connect with our community.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to support your spiritual practice and provide Peetham services:

• Account & Authentication Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or your Phone / WhatsApp number, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a unique user identifier provided by Google Firebase Authentication.
• Devotee Profile Details: To register for sankalpams and temple events, you may voluntarily provide your full name, date of birth, preferred language (Telugu/English), country, state, city, and occupation.
• Spiritual Sadhana & Japa Activity: When you use the Japa Counter, we record your completed mantra counts, daily streaks, and festival sankalpa participation (such as Navaratri Sadhana) so your spiritual progress is preserved across your devices.
• Voluntary Seva & Contribution Details: If you sponsor sevas or make voluntary offerings via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay) or bank transfer, we may receive transaction confirmation details (such as transaction IDs and selected seva names) shared by you via WhatsApp or forms to issue prasadam.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for spiritual, religious, and non-profit community purposes:

• To authenticate and maintain your devotee profile across devices.
• To sync and safeguard your mantra japa counts, festival sankalpas, and daily spiritual streaks.
• To provide festival schedules, live satsang links, video recordings, and temple event notifications.
• To deliver consecrated prasadam, raksha, and seva confirmations to registered devotees.
• To provide customer support and answer inquiries sent to our ashram team.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. All personal data and sadhana records are stored using Google Cloud Platform / Firebaseinfrastructure (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage).

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between the mobile application, website, and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).
• Access Control: Access to backend devotee records is strictly restricted to authorized Peetham administrators and trustees for spiritual and organizational administration.

5. No Sharing or Sale of Personal Data

We do not use third-party advertising networks or tracking cookies for marketing within the mobile application.

6. Third-Party Services We Use

To deliver essential application features, we partner with reputable service providers:

• Google Play Services & Firebase: For user authentication, cloud database synchronization, and crash analytics.
• UPI Payment Applications: When you initiate seva offerings, our app facilitates 1-tap intent to your installed UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM). We do not collect or store your bank passwords, MPIN, or debit/credit card numbers.
• YouTube: Live satsangs and sadhana recordings are hosted on our official YouTube channel (@siddheshwarifoundation).

7. Data Retention & Your Deletion Rights

You have full control over your personal data. You may request to review, update, or completely delete your devotee account and all associated sadhana records at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

1. Send an email from your registered email address to swamivishwananda@srimaasiddheshwari.org with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include your registered mobile number or email address.
3. Upon receipt of your request, our team will permanently delete your authentication record, devotee profile, and japa counts from Firebase within 7 business days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our application and services are intended for family, cultural, and spiritual enrichment. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal details, please contact us and we will promptly remove the information.
